The rooms are tastefully decorated to create an ambiance that will enhance your meeting or training event. Both rooms have plenty of natural light, and the lighting features offer a variety of options to enliven your meeting or workshop.

The Blue Room has plenty of space for large gatherings and at the same time has an intimate feel when working with small numbers.

This room is 10.5 metres long and 6.8 metres wide giving more than 71 m2 in floor space. It can accommodate up to 40 people in theatre style, 35 people conference style with tables, and 25 people board-room style.

The Green Room is 8.0 metres by 5.7 metres giving a total floor area of 45.6 m2

The Green Room can accommodate 30 people theatre style, 18 people conference style with tables, and 16 people boardroom style. It has north-facing windows which allow plenty of sun during the day.

Cost of $6 + gst per person per day to cover continuious tea and plunger coffee.

Catering service fee: $30 + gst per day.

The Training Space recognizes that "the best laid plans of mice and men (sic)..."

At times your meeting or training event will be cancelled due to circumstances that are beyond your control.

We do, however, wish to stay in business and we want you to stay in business.

To this end, we will do what we can to find someone to use the rooms should you be forced to cancel a booking. If we are successful, there will be no cost to you.

Should you cancel your booking between 8 working days and 5 working days prior to your booking and we are unable to find anyone else to use the room/s, you will be charged 50% of the full rental price. If you cancel less than 5 working days prior to your booking and we are unable to find anyone else, you will be charged 100% of the full rental price. Cancellations more than 8 working days prior to your booking will not incur any penalty.

The cancellation of rental equipment orders within 24 hours of your booking will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

All Catering (and associated) arrangements cancelled by you on the day of your booking will incur a 100% charge.
